- Sleep – get sufficient, quality sleep each night
- Stress Management – implement daily stress reduction practices
- Supportive Nutrition – eat real, whole, unprocessed foods. Don’t eat too much; don’t eat too little
- Physical Activity – accumulate as much low intensity movement throughout the day as possible
- Intentional Exercise – participate in 2-4, relatively intense resistance sessions each week; avoid sustained bouts of moderate to high intensity aerobics
